We have links with a number of countries from across Europe.
We are currently linked directly with schools in Germany and Sweden through the British Council's COMENIUS PROJECT
We are also linked with schools in France, Spain and Bulgaria as part of a Partnership with 4 locall schools across Calderdale.
Dora the explorer is our school mascot. She goes on all the visits. Here she is on her trip to Germany.

Our School is linked with a group of school around a town called Vichy, in central France |

The schools are called St Pont, Escurolle, Espinasse, |

The schools are all tiny, most with just one class. The larghest has just 3 classes.The schools decided to join together to make one school so they didn't have to close.
A bus takes children from all the villages each morning, dropping them off at the schools - each school has one age group... this means the children change school every year! |
